THE RIFLE ANIMAL SHELTER
Welcome to the Rifle Animal Shelter. The Rifle Animal Shelter provides temporary shelter and care for homeless animals, while encouraging responsible pet ownership and being a community resource for animal welfare. Our facilities provide shelters and cares for over 1,500 lost, surrendered, ill, injured or orphaned animals each year.
We adopt animals into new homes as well as reunite owners with their lost pets. The Rifle Animal Shelter provides low-cost vaccination, microchips, and spay/neuter.
The shelter is located in Rifle, Colorado and serves Western Garfield County and we encourage the community to donate to the shelter as well as volunteer time so that we may continue to serve local animals' needs into the future.
